Psychology sessions are charged based on the rates guidelines published by the NDIS in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document (currently $232.99). For self-funded clients, payment is required at the end of each session. Clients who are plan managed have payments covered through that process (please bring along your plan manager’s details to session 1).

Please note, the NDIS-set rate for non-attendance of a scheduled appointment is 100% of the full fee, and in accordance with NDIS Guidelines, 2 business days notice is required in order to not incur this fee.

Therapy/Intervention sessions delivered under the category of ‘Other Professional’ (a person with an appropriate qualification but not a registered psychologist) are charged based on the rates guidelines published by the NDIS in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document (currently $193.99). The information above in relation to payments and cancellations are the same for Therapy/Intervention sessions.
