Clients seeking psychology treatment when on WorkCover need to check with their case manager that the psychology component has been approved (this is not normally an automatic process, even if a GP has referred to psychology). Once psychology has been approved, there is no charge to the person on WorkCover, as all costs are covered under the WorkCover claim.
