Psychology sessions are charged at the rates set by the NDIS (currently $244.22). For self-funded clients, payment is required at the end of each session. Clients who are plan managed have payments covered through that process (please bring along your plan manager’s details to session 1).

Please note, the NDIS-set rate for non-attendance of a scheduled appointment is 100% of the full fee, and in accordance with NDIS Guidelines, 7 days notice is required in order to not incur this fee.

Counselling sessions are  charged at the rates set by the NDIS (currently $156.16). The information above in relation to payments and cancellations are the same for counselling sessions.
